"USING HAPTICS AND NEUROIMAGING TO STUDY THE NEURAL CORRELATES OF ROBOT-AIDED NEUROREHABILITATION”
Fabrizio Sergi is currently an assistant professor of biomedical engineering at the University of Delaware, where he directs the Human Robotics Lab. He previously received the BS, MS, and PhD degrees in biomedical engineering from Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, Rome, Italy, in 2005, 2007, and 2011, respectively. From 2011 to 2014, he was a postdoctoral fellow and research scientist at Rice University, Houston, Texas, where he conducted research in the field of upper-extremity robot-aided neurorehabilitation. His research interests include robotics for neurorehabilitation and human augmentation, haptics, and neuroimaging.
